It starts with a complimentary conversation and property walkthrough. That visit clarifies the inventory, schedule, sale potential, and any post-sale services the property may need.
Research, pricing, photography, staging, advertising, sale operations, and credit card processing are included. Additional coordination is available for donations, junk removal, organization, packing, and clean-out work.
The residential commission ranges by estimated gross sale. Larger projected sales use a lower commission percentage; smaller or partial estates use a higher percentage. The consultation and evaluation are free.
The final plan can include donation and removal coordination so remaining belongings are routed appropriately and the property can move toward its next handoff.
